Editorial standards

These are the rules we hold ourselves to. If a page here breaks one of them, that is an error and we want to hear about it.

Where the numbers come from

Numbers come from public Polymarket data and from linked primary sources. We never invent a price. If a figure has no source we can link, we mark it UNKNOWN rather than estimate it.

How we label claims

Every claim is labelled FACT, INFERENCE, or UNKNOWN, and we say which one we mean in the same sentence as the claim. FACT means a linked source supports it. INFERENCE means we reasoned from that source and the reasoning could be wrong. UNKNOWN means the evidence does not reach.

Review

Jordan reviews and publishes everything on this site. Nothing goes out unreviewed.

Corrections

We correct errors and log them. The corrections page records what was wrong, what it says now, and why it changed.

Not advice

We explain markets. We do not give trading advice. Responsible use sets out what that means in practice.
